Wise Words

These words from spiritual teacher J. Krishnamurti really spoke to me as I was reading the book Radical Acceptance.  “To pay attention means we care, which means we really love.”  Attention is the most basic form of love.  By paying attention we let ourselves be touched by life, and our hearts naturally become more open and engaged.

They remind us to pay attention and be aware in our worlds, and not just going through the motions.  I enjoy life so much more when I am present to what I am living and doing in life.
